Winiary Light Gravy Mix
A dehydrated mix for making light gravy.
Add the contents of the packet to a saucepan with 300ml of cold water and whisk until dissolved. Bring to the boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Store in a cool, dry place.
